Hematite rings are worn for grounding, focus, and feeling anchored in the body. Hematite is an iron oxide mineral with a distinctive metallic luster. Polished hematite is heavy for its size, smooth to the touch, and has a mirror-like finish ranging from gunmetal to silver-black.

This ring is made from a single piece of natural hematite stone, polished and shaped into a band. Hematite is non-magnetic (not to be confused with hematine, the magnetic artificial stone sold under similar names). The natural hematite in this ring will not attract magnets.

Properties and uses: Hematite is traditionally associated with grounding excess energy, stimulating focus, and creating a sense of shielding against environmental and energetic overwhelm. Many people wear hematite during high-stress periods, when working at screens for extended periods, or when they want a physical anchor to stay present in the body rather than in the head. These are traditional associations rather than established physical effects.

Care: Hematite can chip or break if dropped on hard surfaces. Remove before swimming or heavy physical work. Wipe clean with a dry cloth and avoid prolonged moisture to prevent surface oxidation over time.

Sizing: Available in sizes 11, 12, and 13. Solid stone rings cannot be resized, so measure before ordering. If you need a different size, call the shop at 615-573-5660 and we will tell you what we have on hand.

Each ring is natural stone, so finish and exact color will vary slightly between pieces. Ships from our family-owned Nashville boutique with a small info card on hematite.
